The production process complies with ISO9001:2000 and SA8000. Electronic components additionally comply with Ul and CE ratings, if applicable.
Our engineers and quality control team are expertly prepared to take on even the most challenging hospitality projects. SGS and Intertek inspection systems are used throughout the production process, consistently performing the following key controls:
Initial Production Check (IPC)
Inspection of machinery and raw materials to be used prior to production. This would include humidity testing for wood and veneer as well as fire retardant qualities of fabrics and foam to be used.
During Production Check (DUPRO)
Control and recommendations for production processes and capacity. This step monitors the production process for quality and consistency.
Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Inspection to guarantee the conformity of production to the client’s specifications.All packaging and quantities are verified to avoid breakage during shipment
Container Loading Check (CLC)
Guarantee that the finished and packed goods meet client specifications (product type and quantity) and are securely loaded for shipment.
