Lang and Schwander was contracted to fully design the common areas of the Hyatt Place located within the heart of historic downtown Gainesville. The 6-story, 145-room hotel sits a mile from the University of Florida campus, museums, fine restaurants, scenic trails, and more making it a convenient home base for visitors to this exciting northern Florida destination.
